Hi folks.
I have been working with Adobe Illustrator document. Today without thinking I stupidly turned off the computer without saving the file. Now when I try to open it an error occurs, Sorry.The operation failed.
Please help! Any thoughts/opinions would be greatly appreciated

I've found some solutions:
1. Reset the settings, workspace and preferences in illustrator to the defaults.
2. how to fix Illustrator files?
