If you are seeking a good place to find information on lenses, I would highly recommend checking out this Lens Database by Photographylife.

my be I missing something but it seems to be a simple listing, rather than a data base
there seems to be no search facility

They do have reviews of various lenses and on the one I looked...showed the bokeh of the 24mm f/3.5 PC Nikkor. But nothing really special about the sight except of a lot of older lenses, better found on other sights such by simply Googling "Old Nikon Lenses"
