The Leica company is struggling to keep its customers with the great challenges that give the companies Sony and Fujifilm. What do you think will be the best strategy for them? "Mini M" A camera FF with fixed lens? or aps-c sensor and interchangeable lens system camera?

I'm afraid to say the statement "Leica company is struggling to keep its customers with the great challenges" is false. Leica hasn't grown this much in decades and are gaining or re-gaining customers to great fanfare. If this was not the case, the idea of a "Mini M" would not even be a thought.

That said, I'm not sure what a Mini M will be - only good guess is that it will be north of $2,000 whatever it is.
