Nikon having greater than 20 MegaPixel and Remote control/capture?

I first selected D3200 for the purpose but couldn't find a software to capture and control still images remotely (Video is not needed). Would you advice me if any software exist, preferably freeware on Windows or Linux? If not, which will be next camera and s/w close to the MegaPixel and price of D3200?
