Info needed on Blue & Yellow NPS Strap

Good afternoon world of Nikon Rumors! I have a few questions about this strap that I've had for a while. It's a blue & yellow NPS strap that apparently was only given to NPS members living in (or visiting) Japan. I've no interest in using it (screams wannabe) and am reluctant to sell it because it would likely end up in the hands of some chump.
So if I were to sell it, would an actual collector of Nikon gear be likely to buy it? Or should I somehow just send it to NPS so it finds the home it deserves? Or any other suggestions?

I'm happy to post a picture of it if anyone is interested. Thanks!

    I would keep it as a souvenir. It has a home...yours.

    One sold for about $75 on eBay last year. Also, there was one in a package which did not look like a Nikon package......?
