HDR grayed out on 7100

Hi,

I can't seem to get HDR to show up on my camera. There isn't much for instruction that I can see in the manual. It just says to select it. I did see a video online that says you have to be in JPEG mode to use it, but I've tried that and it's still grayed out?

How can I get HDR working?

Considering that we have no idea what your other settings are, we cannot really help you. Try reading the manual.

You may have something turned on in the menus which precludes in-camera hdr.

looks like I got something figured out... I knew about jpeg, but I had it set to AUTO, and apparently I have to set to P, plus I needed to make sure bracketing was turned off.
