Caprure NX2 raw to jpeg file sizes

I just recently started using Capture NX 2 over View NX.

When I convert raw to jpeg in NX 2, I'm startled by the tiny file sizes. When I would convert a 15mb file in View to jpeg, I'd usually get at least a 7 - 8mb file. Converting the same size in Capture is giving me 590kb jpegs.

What am I doing wrong?

You need to have the same export settings in both to compare.

I´m using Aperture so I can't help you. Maybe a NX user will help?

Are you changing the size of the image?
