Shot last year in Jordan. The original was somewhat ordinary I thought. I dialed the exposure back a bit so the focus would be on the lit portion of the face, but that obscured the head piece, which I really liked. So in SilverEfex I added a control point to that and brought it out of the shadows.

After much debate and upset, I sent back the Sigma 35mm due to the focus issues I was having after trying two copies. I picked up the Nikon 28mm f1.8 instead. It's certainly no Sigma, but it's a good lens.
