    Wow what a torque test. I have never seen anyone flood a D3s or D4 in water and freeze it. Setting fire to the camera was enough to break my hart. The fact it still worked after each one of those test is amazing. That is why Pros and advanced amateurs buy the pro models...DURABILITY.

    Here a Nikon D90 is placed next to a Canon 550D for Durability testing!!

    There was a hail test on a D3 which appeared on the main blog a while back too.

    @ChasCS: As a D4 owner, yes I have seen all the foolish test done on D3's and other Nikon bodies. Hence, why I own a D4 :D

    Yes, that thing wiggled and wobbled more than Jello effect in a poorly filmed on board RC flying video.
    And was knocked over way too easy.

    I love/hate it when I bump into this sturdy Vanguard tripod. It doesn't move.

    So yeah, It's a very calming feeling, knowing your camera and lens are safe from the evils of accidental misfortune.
