I have had my first try at shooting a concert. Constant changing light made me go all manual. I ended up with ISO 2000, F3.2, 1/100. D800 + 24-70 2.8 at 55mm

Took this during an "airboat" ride in the Everglades. The boat is so noisy, the birds get spooked early, so difficult to get. This guy was just getting ready to take off.

Had Denver had these guys for the defensive line they might have won the Super Bowl. Highly cropped out of the sweet spot of the Nikon DX 18-140 on the D5300. I've been watching for a chance while passing these fellows for several years and finally today was the day. Now I really want a 400mm f2.8 as with that glass you could have counted the flies on their horns.
