Im looking to add some arca swiss plates to the Foot of the Nikon 70-200 V2 and one to the body so that I can carry on the dual sling and mount on tripod as needed.

I found one from three legged thing

And an L plate but BH was unable to comfirm if the screw mount on the bottom would work with the fastner.

For one body I will also use a flash bracket.

I want ease to swap from strap to tripod as needed without having to unscrew the BR fastner each time.

Are these good options? suggestions

Check out the B2-FAB by RRS buddy. I use one for my Black rapid which mounts to their 70-200 replacement Arca Swiss foot.

I forgot all about that Golf The RRS King 007sd

That would work great on the body.
Will it work great on the foot too?

I just keep the FastenR screwed into a Kirk 1-inch clamp, which then clamps onto the Arca-Swiss plate in the camera body, for strap carrying. Just undo the strap clamp to move the camera to the tripod clamp.

Yes it will. I fact, when I use the 70-200, I mount it right to the foot. A quick turn and it comes off and on to the L-plate it goes.

Great. Now one more question. What about the flash bracket, will there be a place to attach it as well.

Yes, no problem, the flash bracket will be attached to the side of the L-plate.

I use my 70-200 with no foot at all when using the black rapid. It balances much better.

I like all the options presented here. The arcatech looks fantastic and the M-plate pro however I'm leaning towards the RRS and The Kirk one @dissent mentioned

    Here is my current setup

Setup for Indoor carshow flash bracket is to hold the Zoom H4N for audio for a movie as the shoe adapter only goes half way in. I will not use flash but if i did that would be the setup for today.

Upper left 70-200 stock plate of MeFoto tripod.
Upper right flash bracket on camera and arca plate on flash bracket.
Bottom pics the arca plate has a loop for the BlackRapid strap.

My current setup needs an upgrade

I use the M-Plate Pro Tripod Plate with the Joby and BR sling strap. Two things that is great about the M-plate is that it is both Arca and Manfrotto RC2 compatible - which I have both type of quick release systems. The other more obvious is that you do not have to take off the screw to put the camera in a tripod.
