Hi,
I just completed calibrating all my lenses for focus on my new camera. And I must say that I am pleasantly surprised with the Nikon D810.
I previously had owned a Nikon D7000 and rented D610,D800 quite a few number times. And almost all the lenses needed variable amount of AF fine tuning with both D7000 and D610. But this seems to be not the case with D810!
Most of my lenses hardly needed fine tuning with the D810 body! Logic says that should not be the case, because my lenses have not changed.
I am sure many of you have gone through with your Auto focus fine tuning process with your new D810. I would like to know your thoughts.
AF Lenses I currently own: Nikon 24-70 f2.8, Nikon 85mm 1.4G, Nikon 105mm f2.8, Nikon 300mm F4, Sigma 35mm 1.4 ART (Not yet tuned this one, but this one is having weird metering issues with D810 in the Aperture priority mode).
Thanks
