But here is the part I'm not sure about the cable 2#, is for D3, obviously...but will it also work with the D4, in other words, will this kind of power supply work with the D4?? Because the connector looks similar. Or is there such a cable also for the D4?
Are there any other ways to manage that problem?

The EP-6 for the D4 gives you the same power connector that the D3 has built-in. So any plug built for the D3 (or D2 or D200) will physically (mechanically) fit and connect to the power connector (EP-6) in the D4. Nikon upgraded the power supply from a EH-6 to EH-6a to EH-6b but the all have the same (three pronged) power connector and claim compatibility with the whole D2, D3, D4 (and D200) product lines. You're good. Nice setup.
