well... if you are in the US, you can go into the shop an test the camera before buying.... just some of the D750 has the problem.
In my case, I was lucky that my D750 was delivered to my country and it don't has the problem....
In the worst case scenario, Nikon could say two things and a third option:
1) sorry for this problem... please the series XXXXX send it back for repair under warranty... 2) sorry for this problem... please the series XXXXX send it back for replacement....
3) Hey.. this is the new D750s... or D760.... etc.. etc...
