NEF4NX2 - Edit D750 RAW-Files with all Picture Control Settings in Capture NX2

Because I'm a great fan of Nikon Capture NX2 and recently upgraded to the D750 there was need for a complete solution to continue working with my loved workflow based around CNX2...
So I wrote a converter where all settings you assigned in the D750 will be available to Capture NX2.
Maybe someone else may find it useful too.
