Apple is apparently introducing a new two lens camera into the next iPhone that has DSLR-like quality.

cool.. interesting tech not scalable to DSLR. Could work for a small P&S but no zooming. I guess in P&S it failed bec Fuji made one in 2010.

DSLR quality doesn't come from camera it comes from lenses... so there's not physical possibility right now to have DSLR quality from any camera phone.

Gotta love the guy who says he listed two medium format cameras for sale so he can replace them with a new Iphone.

I think when they say "Dslr Quality" its marketing speak for
* the blur you get for unfocused parts of the image (simulated)
* compared to current phones, better high ISO, better IQ from the sensor for DR and colour depth.
Not the lenses its going to be a fixed focal length lense.
