Suitable CF cards

So I need to get another 32Gb CF card for my D800.
Nikon only recommends the 600x or 1000x Lexar cards, neither of which are readily available. And they haven't tested the 1066x.
Has anyone tried the 1066x Lexars in a D800?
I don't want to buy one & then find out it doesn't work

I use the 1066x Lexars and the San Disk Extreme Pro CF ones in the 810 without problems.

I also use the 1066x Lexars and the San Disk Extreme Pro CF (95 mbs) in the 810 without problems. They are currently the fastest cards for the D810

The SANDISK extreme pro was on special at B&H last week and was cheaper than the Lexar. I bought 2 of the CF's and 2 of the SD versions. Going to push out slower cards I have.

Yep, They don't write as fast on the d800 as the D810 but at least you know the camera writing is maxed out....

The D800 does not seem to be sensitive to what CF Card brand you use unlike the D810 which is super critical to Lexar and Sandisk

I have used SanDisk CF cards, especially the Sandisk Ex Pro CF cards, in my D800 and D810 for years. I reformat after off-loading, and never have had a problem...

I have used 64GB, 128GB, as well as 265GB sizes.
