Do you use this facility when using Live view or have you forgot it was there
Handbook page 44. can be helpful when focusing with manual lenses.

    Thank you for posting this Paul. I had no idea about this feature I embarrassingly admit. I can see this feature coming in handy for architectural shots and the Nikon Imaging link is a very interesting read as well.
