Hi to all on NR, been a while since I posted and not sure why but have taken stacks of pics since returning home from 2 months in France and still have loads to edit. Anyway, here come some recent sports shots to add to all the good stuff you guys continue to post....

D810 & 200-500 f/5.6E on monopod @ 500mm 1/4000s @ f/8.0 ISO 1100 - Only the 2nd time I've shot the local cricket games and managed to get a couple of wickets going down (pure luck of course!!).

@Photobug Did a bit of hiking but we only had one day to spend there. Experiencing what we did, I really want to go back and spend several days there. On this trip we also spent an afternoon at Manassas. That, too, was quite sobering.

There are so many battlefields to tour and museums from that era. Many photo opportunities and as you said, quite sobering. Love that Civil War history.
