Error reading a Suite file

Hello community.
Here is my problem:
CorelDRAW doesn't recognize CDR extension file. Saying:
Error reading a Suite file
This happens on both my computers with one file. Any suggestions as to what causes this?

Take a look at this link to see if it may be related:
http://www.cdr.repair/
If you want to try, temporarily change the file extension from .cdr to .zip and double click on it in Windows Explorer.
