Nikon SB 910 HELP!

When I turn on my camera, my SB910 flashes like 50 times. Is this fixable? I don't have problems with my other one.
Also, originally FP was added to everything on it, it would say MFP/TTLFP/etc. How do I get the FP off?

FP for flash programme is in the camera menus.
The flash has a setting to give a blast of flashes to access the modelling of the light.
