Working Canon EF to Nikon Z adapter

Does anyone know if there is an adapter that allows me to connect a Canon EF lens to a Nikon Z and allow the camera to close the aperture so I don't have to shoot wide open?

I don't believe there is such a thing out there yet. All the third party adapters that I have seen are mechanical only with no electrical contacts.
