As a courtesy we ask that you keep your photos to under 640 pixels on the longest side. If you post a photo that is much larger than 640 pixels then it may be deleted from the thread. You can have your smaller photo link to a larger version but the embedded photos must be less than 640 pixels. If you need help on how to post a photo see below and read through the Forum Rules & FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions).
Please do not offer criticism of other's images unless specifically requested by the individual posting the photo. Criticism may be best accomplished by posting comments on Flickr or the OP’s photo posting source.
Please read the forum rules regarding the posting of images not suitable for family viewing.

I just turned it on, braced myself against one of the deck posts, and pushed the button.
@Ton14, didn't mean to be terse in my previous post, works like this: I pay $4US/month for a virtual server, on which I run Ubuntu Linux. It runs an Apache web server, and I have it configured to host pages from my home directory. So, I just made a directory called Individual_Pictures, and I ftp images to it for linking from forums like this. I am considering a Flickr account, though; I can't code up anything that looks as nice as that.
I hardly do this anymore, because everything you put on the net has been lost, that has not changed in the last 20 years.
The question for "PAD" is, how to "embed" a 640 x 640 max picture from something else then Flickr.
