Nikon D810 Video Record Button Issue

I saw this somewhere on the site. Wondering if anyone came to a fix for this. I was shooting a quick video for a client and I could not get the video record button to work. I checked all the normal stuff like all record video functions and settings were set correctly. My camera had set in the car and it was a warm day and wondered if anyone has had this issue before, I finally got it to work for a few minutes then the next day it worked fine. Don't know what's going on with it but wondered if anyone else has had this happen. I am sending it off to NPS in the next week. A note is it was happening on two different Nikon D10 bodies.
