Nikon 100 Anniversary 3 Lens Set

As noted on the main page, someone in Germany has an unused box set of the 100th Anniversary 3 lens kit (14-24G, 24-70E, 70-200E) for sale on Ebay. If money was no object I would grab it, because man do they look cool. However money is an issue so of course I am not getting it (and I already have the 24-70 and 70-200 in standard black). I am just curious though if anyone here has that three lens kit (purchased when they were still available new)?

I don't see the German listing any more (though maybe I didn't look far enough), so perhaps he sold it. The seller says it is new. However they have a 97 percent satisfaction rating whereas the German seller was 100 percent. They also state they are a photo school which makes me wonder if maybe a few students used the lenses for projects but they are claiming it is new? I mean maybe not, but who knows? In either case I don't have seven grand, so it doesn't really matter.
