Fringer EF-NZ adaptor: Any users?

I came across this Fringer EF-NZ adaptor on Amazon and Ken Rockwell reviewed it. It seems it'll work with all but my 300mm f/2.8 from 1988 as it has a weird focus system. However, my question is more if anyone has tried it and seen if it'll give IBIS to the 200mm f/2.8 and 70-200mm f/4 non IS L lenses?

Cheers, I think even just for my 70-200 f/4(which is so light compared to the IS and f/2.8 lenses) it is worth a buy. Though after watching the reviews I don't know if it'll suddenly have some image stabilisation or if 200mm is too long for the in body variety. It is a real shame my 300mm f/2.8 wont work on my Nikon, but I can easily buy a 7d(II) to give it more life.
