@zackerty - you may want to read the thread on the home page about how to post a picture on PAD. You could then edit the post above using the cog that appears when you hover by the empty box, or post new. When you do decide, I'll delete the post above if necessary.

Thanks Photobug...always a degree of luck with high speed action shots as we all know. I just pick a fast enough shutter speed (2000s +) and enough depth of field (f4.0) and use a good fast focusing lens (f2.8 70-200 AFS VRII) and you should get a good number of in focus frames to choose from...

...oh, and shoot a lot of frames!!!!!!!
