I have posted a an illustrated report of the photo trip I did earlier this month. It was a two part trip: first I flew from Phoenix to North Carolina and Virginia to photograph some unusual animals in several zoos (including America's only king cheetahs). Then I drove from Phoenix to Northern Arizona for Grand Canyon North Rim and wild condors at Navajo Bridge. Zoo photos are D850 with 70-200 f2.8 (cheetah cubs with 1.4iii) and scenics are same combo or 24-70 f2.8 and wildlife photos are D500 with 500PF (in one or two instances with 1.4iii).
