Took a road trip last November with my youngest son from his home near Seattle to deep south Texas. Along the way we made several photo stops. This was taken in north western Utah at the site of a 2000 coal mine disaster. It's a pano stitched in Capture 1 from four portrait mode frames from a D750 through a 24-85 lens at about 35.
Nerd alert: It was exported with a 2048 px long side in C1's "instagram" mode. The dng file C1 created was 425MB. The exported jpg is 734KB. That is some serious compression. The surprising thing is the image still contains a substantial amount of detail.
Post script: I'm still feeling my way around Capture 1, but so far I can't say enough good things about it. I have one or two niggling concerns with the cataloging of images but in EVERY respect it beats my old version (6) of Lightroom like a rented mule.
