Funny how a shot of primer can expose things you can't see otherwise. The cylinder in the back has large flat spots, and the print layering is readily visible on the boiler surfaces.
I can't focus stack right now, I upgraded Ubuntu to the latest and it got rid of my stacking software. So, f22 has to suffice...
This is a re-processed version of a pano I created a couple of years ago. (Click through to Flickr for a comparison.) In the interim I switched from LR to Capture One and added DXO Pure Raw to the workflow. On the first go round everything was flat. The rocks in the escarpment were not close to what I saw, the sky wasn't nearly as blue, and the vegetation was lifeless.
This version is closer. I think C1 oversharpened a bit when I exported it and the sky may be a bit oversaturated, but otherwise it's pretty close.
