It's not necessarily going to be the cause of price increases either. Building a building takes years of planing and financing is baked into the business plan for years prior to the first shovel of dirt being turned.
Inflation on the other hand (which in the US is running at a 40 year high of well over 8%) will more than likely be the direct cause of any price increases.
And thats across the board from glass to gas to groceries.
