I wonder, which is currently the smallest and lightest 24-70 lens for Z6II? 24-70 can vary a bit...

Well the only native choice is the Nikkor and it's not too big. There may be a smaller E mount version that you can adapt.
Really if you want small I'd say go with the F4 lens. Its very good and can be found cheap used.

Well, I need at least 2.8. And it will be used from someone who previously used RX100
So, I must reduce weight as much as I can. I guess native lens will be only option. What about 28-75?

Can I ask why you need 2.8?
The 28-75 is lighter than the 24-70. Its a rebranded Tamron lens design. The 24-70 is certainly a better lens but more expensive and heavier.

If f/4.0 is too dark for the venue I would also consider f/2.8 to be and go right to a 35 f/1.8 S and 85 f/1.8 S.
