4:50pm MDT, I can still get to it. You might have hit it right when they were doing some sort of reset/reboot...

I have been getting the same error and no site access from multiple machines and with different browsers - my iPad, my laptop, my cellphone (from WiFi). But it is accessible from my cellphone if I turn off WiFi and just use the cellular data. So maybe it is not reachable for some Comcast/Xfinity customers?

I'm able to access it. I'm on Verizon.

The problem was there was a settings change in the firewall that dpreview uses which blocked my IP address. The dpreview engineer debugged the problem and changed settings on their firewall which fixed the problem. So all is good now.
