Capture One tutorials?

I grew up with PS, Hate LR and the way its catalogs work. My workflow consists of Adobe Bridge, Photo Shop, Alienskin Exposure and I am interested in Capture One.

However I have downloaded the Capture One trial and having never used it before, I am looking for a beginner's guide to Capture One, Especially since I am looking at the Phase One XF in the next 12 months.

I am just finding the learning curve for Capture One just as bad or worse than LR.

Does anyone have any links to good guides for Capture One?

    Try this there are loads of Capture Tutorials on YouTube,
    I have used the Phase One Xf cameras on two separate occasions with the latest Blue ring Lenses, Depending on what your intending photography is, they still have limitations, however if you what the ultimate in quality at a price, I doubt anything can beat them including the new Hasselblad HD6.
