Which used body good for upgrade from D7000?

Hi,
I’m thinking to buy a used body end of the they year to upgrade my D7000.

Currently in the list:

1. D3S
2. D810
3. D4

I am wonder why the used body price for D3S and D4 are so close...

I generally shooting more portraits, so the good skin tone colour is important to me, by the way which is the best skin tone for the 3 bodies above?

Besides, I will do some travel photography and street photography which can be settle by my D7000. Will try some wild life if I can get a good body with good af system and high frame rate.

Mainly consider D3S & D4 just because wanted to try and understand how good is the Nikon professional body like...

Your comments/suggestions are welcome.

Thank you.

The D810 is best for portraits, the D4 best for action. Of the bodies you list, no single one is best for all the listed genres so only you can decide which compromise is most comfortable for you. Skin tone I always address in post so I don't consider that up front but as they are all Nikons, there will not be a huge difference. Canon/Nikon is a bigger difference.

Depends on what lenses you have already. If you only have DX lenses, then forget about full frame cameras.
    Nikon D7000/ Nikon D40/ Nikon FM2/ 18-135 AF-S/ 35mm 1.8 AF-S/ 105mm Macro AF-S/ 50mm 1.2 AI-S

A D7100 or 7200 for the wildlife with a 200-500. The D810 does not have enough POI for wildlife . Then the D810 for sure as its quiet compared to the others . Even a D800E which is equal to a D810 if you can find a good price

Sorry Whats POI? I searched for it but only came up with photographing fire trails.

Pistnbroke is saying you get more Pixels On Image - he actually means pixels on subject but POS has a different meaning...

Rent a large body Nikon first..you may not like the big brick bodies...D810 needs to be fed good light or you'll be tripod bound...24MP FX bodies are easiest to carry and shoot on the fly. More glass will perform better at 24MP and lower

Rubbish I shoot discos all the time and have no problems in the dim light . Look at your DXO specs for low light ability.
I think you mean poor glass will "look" better on 24 or 12 mp ...

Rent them first. Especially if you are considering a D3 or D4. The D810 is awesome and you will still get the pro controls. The only reason I bought a D750 over the D810 was due to not enough budget room.

I'd throw in it's a great time to get a new D750 as they're heavily discounted right now. If portraits are what you're primarily shooting no real need for the higher MP of the D810. I would never get a D3/D4 unless shooting sports, they are rugged beasts of cameras designed to take a beating but who want to carry that around.
