It seems like the pay to download advanced firmware program has disappeared and the link goes to a "page not found" error..... I was interested in seeing what this "advanced" firmware can do......

I take this as evidence that there was never - and likely will never be - any 'pay per module' firmware update scheme which is a real shame.
This could be it, but does it mean only for cameras with WIFI capability
