Another classic, taken with the D700 + AF 24mm F2.8n

After posting 87 pictures of our trip to Italy, I am sure that everybody is bored. Here is something a little closer to home.
We have these flowers with petals that open up towards morning and close up towards the evening. I'm not sure if temperature have anything to do with it, but they have this nice delicate pink color to the petals.
I wouldn't go looking for bald eagles with a 200mm Macro lens, but it will do in a pinch.
