Can't You just copy the whole code between <a href... and </a> using the source code icon <> ? this way You will keep the hyperlink active to Your 500px
shawnino - You can use the share image attribute on digitalrev. unfortunately, the main page blocks that (disabling right click) unless You are a register user.
You can go a little bit deeper - though, it's more advanced and grab the link directly from the code, though You have to know where to look at (hint: search for: ".JPEG"):
OK Adam you've set me a little test--going to try to figure it out. Haven't done so on the first try.
D800E softness not so much about the camera and rather more about the user! In my defence it was shot in a zodiac raft in moderate swell, but I'll still plead guilty as charged.
OK, what I was looking to demonstrate, is the code needed if one is to post using the "Insert Image" icon. The easier way is to use the <> icon and drop in the entire HTML code as explained in the first post instructions. Some folks may have a URL which has only the info I have isolated however.
CLICK this and from the “Grab the HTML Code” select the “Medium 640 (xxx x 640) size.
COPY the code shown in the window <a href="etc,,,
Now, on the PAD “Write Comment” space, BEFORE PASTING OR WRITING ANYTHING, CLICK the small icon which is next to the printer icon and looks like this: <>.
Then WRITE your comments and PASTE the HTML code from Flickr.
There may be other ways to get photos up, but this one works.
as the comment box has been just updated recently, You can simply skip clicking the <> icon (as it's no longer available over here) and just copy&paste the code as in the old forum

Nice! I like it this way much better.
Also, just a side note but when posting youtube videos, you only need to grab the address link and paste it exactly like in the old forum.
Maybe when all the changes are complete on the new forum, we can delete this entire thread and just have the correct instructions in a sticky... The new HTML posting makes things go easier, IMO. Are we going with the 640px or 800px size?
Initially it was full size...Once I left the page and came back the resizing worked to cut the horizontal width to apparently 800px. It does look a bit weird.

The last one I posted no PAD was 800px HTML from Flickr. It seemed to work well.
After you see this, Adam, delete the posts if you like.
