Nikon D810 Internal Buffer (in 14-bit Raw Compressed Lossless)

For some reason, I'm not getting anywhere near the advertised continuous shot buffer. I'm getting 19 shots in Raw 14-bit compressed (lossless). Is anybody getting the advertised 28 shot buffer.
