@donaldjose It happens all the time, and for good reason. People who own these cars realize they were meant to be driven and raced, and they honor the tradition and legacy. Is it breakneck racing for the checkered flag at any cost? Not usually. But it is highly competitive and occasionally two valuable cars attempt to occupy the same space.
At Rennsport V at Laguna Seca last fall there were three Porsche 917s running and each is probably valued somewhere north of $20,000,000.

Not that often I use the Nikon 105 Micro f/2.8, so when I saw what I at first thougth was some serious scratches on the lens I remember I saw something similar with it another last year or so, just some spider web reflecting the sun... puh
