Great photos everyone! I love to see what's new each day! Here's one just for fun. My Ninja Squirrel was caught in the act of raiding the bird feeder so he hid behind the tree. A few seconds later he peeks to see if I'm still there.
Late evening here and I've not long had and made my supper - mind you by the time I had finished photographing it, it wasn't piping hot, but was good anyway.

So i was sitting there with my camera in manual waiting for my Ospreys and saw this little mink pop out of the rocks. I only had one shot. It was underexposed for sure, but a cute little critter.. D300-Tamron 200-500- 1/1250th, F8, ISO 400
Straight from the camera, and it's obvious I've got more than a little work to do to figure out how to best shoot in an aquarium, not to mention I probably should have removed the extra tentacles at top. But I like it anyway, particularly the color.
Keep them coming folks! Great photos! Here's one form a shoot last night. Some portraits for a friend of the family. I'll tell you I like the Nikon 70-200 VRII better than the Nikon 85 1.4G for portraits. Anybody else feel this way?

Not the best shot, but they are the first goslings I've seen this year.
Tremendous shots everyone.
