tripod that's light for D7100 and 70-200 lens?

any recommendations? I have an old manfrotto, but the head doesn't work and it's just too big. I use that for my video camera. I just bought a mefoto one, but it's way too light. won't even really hold my 105 and it's a bit jittery because the legs are too thin.

You will want a minimum load capacity >15lbs.
