We're up in Glenwood Springs, CO for a few days. I have a lot of scenery shots but this one was easy to upload without any post except for a slight crop. D600 | 24-70 f/2.8 at 38mm & f/2.8 | 1/320s | -2/3 EV | ISO 250
Here's a first sighting for me - a Roseate Spoonbill. Very shy and never let me get very close so this is a pretty aggressive crop. Captured with my totally unexpected, jaw dropping Christmas gift - the Nikkor 70-200mm f/2.8 VR2 @ 200mm - D800, 1/2000sec, f/8, ISO 1100
Thanks Adam. I was considering the f4 version since it's getting such good reviews. Little did I know my better half was one step (and a stop) ahead of me.
+1 - reminds me of a morning when I was hunting deer when I watched a coyote in field for about a 1/2 hour chasing voles and mice.... Thanks for the fond memory
