So much amazing work here, everyday is like opening a treasure box. @Pickerel keep bringing these photos and tell us more about your stories, absolutely lovely. For hiking so long, you are a true hero. @henrik1963 what an amazing place, where is that? @Golf007sd your cartoonist style is growing on me, nice work.
This is taken on Jeju Island, South Korea. The farmer was not at first pleased with me shooting near his property, but I eventually won him over telling him I loved his cows ^^
For the first time since moving to CT I could actually see the Milky way last night. The light pollution is usually to dense to see it I guess. D4, 30sec exp, ISO 1000, Nikon 14-24mm @ 14mm f2.8
Headed down the north / east side of Mt. Washington, one crosses the cog railroad. In the past it has been hiker tradition to moon the cog railroad, but that is not done nowadays for the quite asinine reason of the hikers being prosecuted and charged as sex offenders.
@Pierre the place is Gullfoss in Iceland. Here is another one. I did not Google the place before I went. When I did I realized that this is the picture everyone gets :-) Maybe we are not as original as we think :-) Lots of good shots in here - you make me want to do better pictures - thank you. I have a photo of that in winter - it looks very different!
Switzerland (I think). Dunno about security there, we drove right to the fence without seeing any one. The reactor is just at the left at some distance.
