Thanks. The MUA used a comb dipped in air brush paint and flicked her thumb along the comb to create the splatter.

Naval Air Station Pensacola Aviation Museum. If you come on down and visit be sure to bring your mono-pod. Its a bit dark in there.

Headed down the north / east side of Mt. Washington, one crosses the cog railroad. In the past it has been hiker tradition to moon the cog railroad, but that is not done nowadays for the quite asinine reason of the hikers being prosecuted and charged as sex offenders.
