Nitro4me, As to your question, I have, many times. The first three months my wife and I were married, an outhouse was the only bathroom we had. The same was true a year later!
@donaldjose & Benji2505. Thanks a lot. The polo photo above actually involved some very serious retouching and I did a time-lapse video of it from developing to final product. It's here: http://youtube.com/watch?v=myoLzTR0-88
PitchBlack, for some reason I do not get your link to work. Can you double-check please? Thanks, Jürgen

Utterly fascinating. An ambitious amount of post, but obviously very well executed. Superb final result. I'm not sure I could understand what you did if I watched it a thousand times, but it was fun to kinda follow along. Thanks for sharing.

I know this photo could have used just a pop of light via reflector or flash but it was an off the cuff shot that the bride-to-be wanted. Their wedding colors are Red, Black, and White. Turns out, this is her favorite photo. Now, I know it could be better and will accept any and all critiques.
autofocus: my suggestions are to lighten her face, lighten his face, add more highlights to her hair, and darken the left side border. These can all be done with burning and dodging in post processing. They should have the effect of drawing your eye right to the faces where your eye will look first at his face because more of it is seen and then look next to her face because it has a warm "glow.": That eye movement, his smile and her glow expresses and defines the happiness of the event. I have downloaded your image and made these suggested changes. Please send me your e-mail address and I will sent you back my edits so you can see for yourself whether or not you like them.
