Just back from DC late on Sunday. Wow. So much great stuff to catch up on ... Here's a b&w version of my Christmas cherub shot. Will be subjecting the thread to my DC pics in short order.
- Ian . . . [D7000, D7100; Nikon glass: 35 f1.8, 85 f1.8, 70-300 VR, 105 f2.8 VR, 12-24 f4; 16-85 VR, 300 f4D, 14E-II TC, SB-400, SB-700 . . . and still plenty of ignorance]
Another one of the rock. I like better the point of view, colors and texture on this one but it is missing a view of the hole... I am standing on a pier, I would never dare to walk on the ice, it moves with the wave and makes funny noises.
I guess American Robins are no longer the first sign of spring since they tend to stay around in the winter now... D7100, Sigma 120-300 OS, 2x TC. 600mm, f8, 1/1000th, ISO 1100, +2/3
The Longhorn is no match for the powerful Watusi. During the heat of battle over a treat I spotted the little bird on the ground underneath waiting for a bug to move.
@PB_PM: WOW! that mallard sure is giving that Amphibian a working over! Never seen that before. Maybe the duck is enjoying a hallucinogenic lick of a Cane Toad... @-) Nicely caught - really.
