Got a new upper for one of my rifles. Picture was kind of dull in color due to bad natural lighting, tried it in black and white and liked it a lot more.
A new purchase of mine for the 645Z - 28 - 45 (22 - 36mm 35mm equiv) f/4.5 1.54kg, massive and expensive - UK price £3999. Was going to wait until I get to Tokyo in 4 weeks time where it £3200 inc tax.
This was as close as Kenny Roger's manager let me shoot last night. What the deal was he has horrible plastic surgery scares and didn't want them shot. They had the stage bright with light and he stood in front in the dark all night long, Anyways, wasn't a good night.
The Saetgang Bridge is about 5 km long, begins at the 63 City Building, and winds it's way through all of Yeouido eventually rejoining the Han river in front of the National Assembly Building:
I went to downtown Fort Worth yesterday, as I knew a storm was on its way. Shot this from my favorite parking garage, one floor below the top. It was in the middle of the afternoon, too bright to keep the shutter open more than a second, stopped way down. Would a neutral density filter help in that situation?
@ HipShot, yes, a ND filter would have allowed you to leave the shutter open longer in manual mode thus allowing you to possibly capture more than one strike in the same frame. That's the trick that many lightening photographers use to make it appear that they captured a whole barrage of strikes in one frame. (or layering photos in post and masking out all but one environmental scene). I like your photo, orientation, and exposure. It's clean and sharp.
