Looking for some advice re monopods and quick release plates

@Vipmediastar_JZ I just received my monopod this thing is a tank. The Sirui P-324X Carbon Fiber Monopod. It feels very stable resting on the feet however I wouldn't leave it unattended with camera mounted. I do believe it will be a great tool for video when I can't use the tripod or shoulder rig. Now to settle on a fluid head. Thanks for the recommendation and I have looked at that model.

Yes it is built like a tank. I used it at the auto show for a high shot with the 35mm. People kept pointing me out and calling it a selfie stick.

I did drop it when I stood up I knocked it over. I had the mefoto ball head on it only and it now has a ding. Good thing nothing else was attached.
