I agree! definitely a lot of good photos lately. Here's another shot from watching the meteor shower. Sadly the other photo similar to this one with a meteor in it was too dark and grainy to use.
@wmscyclone, I know you didn't ask for opinions here but I hope it comes with acceptance. I love your Marmot photo and composition but I only wish you'd brought up the exposure of it and the dark rock a little and then created a little vignette around the outer ends of the entire photo. That would change the entire dynamic of this photo I think. (I do not wish for this to turn into a critique thread though, so please ...)

I appreciate your comments, I may play around a little and see what I like. I did a quick levels adjustment and slight sharpening and then moved on to other photos, a little more time may pretty him up, and some vignetting could make him pop a bit more. I don't tend to add much vignette when the corners are out of focus because I think it also draws the eye into the center similar to vignetting. Thanks for the advice. >-
For everyone that wanted to see an uncropped field shot taken using Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 600mm f/4E FL ED VR Lens, with some small detail to inspect, I think this image will work; a log full of turtles which are in focus across the length of the log shot at ISO 140, f/5.0, and 1/1000th second. Everyone is welcome to download the file to inspect it on your own machine. Seriously look at the image between 200 - 400 percent.
