Not sure about the processing of my share for today...foreground was all silhouette in the original. Comments would be appreciated please.... D800, 24-140mm f/4 @ 120mm, ISO 100, f/6.3, 1/320
This is a reddish heron. They catch fish by jumping up in the air and creating shade with their wings. When the fish swim under the shade (which they associate with protection), the heron pounces. It almost looks like a ballerina. D90 | 300mm + TC17 | f/6.3 | 1/1250s | ISO 400
The same "dirt-jumper" who lateron got over 7.50 meters. at that moment enough space from 5.50 to 7.50 and he was just warming up. Shutter time was 1/640 and it was flashed - but not by me. This kind of coincidences I really like
I really enjoy your shots, and most of all, their amazing variety. it's very inspiring , thanks !

Something a bit different today. Looking thru photos from a January trip to Steamboat Springs, Colorado and found this photo that I shot while walking downtown one evening. Shot through glass at an antique gallery. D800; Nikon 24-70mm f/2.8 @ 70mm ; f/2.8; 1/180sec ; ISO 5000. Desaturated & grain added in LR4
Trying out the D800 for HDR 9-shot, +1 24-70mm 2.8 Nik software (the latest version). I picked a filter for a starting point and adjusted accordingly. l Love this setup. Honestly HDR is a yes and no but the D800 I find that I hardly need it.

You could either darken the entire image or just use the black slider to the left on LR. Very nice shot....

Main Dutch tourist attraction, flowers and a million tourists. I think I saw more camera's then flowers, fun.
The first one, tulips and tourists flows.
